New COVID-19 Incident Notification Hotline and Emergency Response Services

In response to the current global pandemic, Verisk 3E has introduced the COVID-19 Incident Notification Hotline and Emergency Response Services. Earlier in the week we released free online access to Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) for cleaning products approved for use against COVID-19. 3E COVID-19 Global Incident Notification Hotline Service
In the event of a potential exposure to COVID-19 or other infectious disease, the Verisk 3E EHS Call Center now offers live, 24-7-365 incident notification hotline support to protect the health and safety of your workforce in facilities worldwide.
 
Our team of dedicated and trained EHS specialists will answer calls and provide phone and/or email notification of incidents in accordance with your designated notification criteria, contact list and business rules. 
 
The Verisk 3E EHS Call Center Team will:

• Answer calls 24-7-365
• Obtain caller information including employee name and identifiers, phone number, location, symptom type and duration, travel history, contact with travelers to high risk countries, contact with individuals who have or may have contracted COVID-19 and date and time of last contact with coworkers 
• Forward caller information and incident description to your designated contacts via email and/or phone
• Record and document all calls
• Provide activity reports on request

3E Emergency Response Network 
In the event of a potential exposure to COVID-19 or other infectious disease at a facility in the United States or Canada, Verisk 3E can provide incident management support by dispatching a pre-screened emergency response contractor to disinfect your facility or offsite location 24-7-365. Verisk 3E will provide immediate Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and chemical information to assist those handling the incident.
 
The cleanup includes wiping and rinsing suspected areas and equipment with EPA approved hospital grade disinfectants following a triple clean and rinse protocol.

Free Access to SDSs for Cleaning Products Approved for Use Against COVID-19

As a public service to help companies keep their employees, families and communities safe during the global pandemic, Verisk 3E is offering free online access to Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) for cleaning products approved for use against COVID-19.

The US EPA and CDC and Health Canada have published lists of products with emerging viral pathogens and human coronavirus claims. We have collected SDSs for many of these products and made them available to you via our 3E Protect SDS and chemical compliance management platform.

To make it easy for you to access chemical safety data as you take measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, you are invited to search, view, print and download SDSs for agency approved cleaning products free of charge.
